This was a well-developed paper. Good job with the organization, use of the literature and exploration of theories that inform your practice. The questioning by agency staff of the ethics of using the client information for the assignment was interesting. Since the goal was to further grow and develop your skills as a social worker and the identity of the client was protected, this seems acceptable with the client's agreement. I admire how the staff were being protective of the client.

This was a robust paper that was very well written. The writing style was clear, a high level of insight and detail was provided with effective use of the literature to support your concepts and insights. APA was effectively used with a minor exception that there should not be a running title in the top left header in APA 7. The SB assessment was comprehensive and infused with SBSW. Excellent work!
