I have chose the premium quality for a reason and based on the customer support they guarantees that the top 10 is well equipped wit all the experience required. unfortunately I had to pay high cost with not best quality as i had to take changes and amendments and there was missing information as I have to send to another editor.

I thought the work was good work until when I received my result and got the shock of my life and got 17%, I never knew this kind of score exist, I contacted the support team and sent the result to them so that the writer can rewrite the same piece of work with the same assignment brief as advised by the university but they were not helpful or understanding at all, lack of empathy

I had to go back in and make a ton of corrections on the paper. For example, in part of the paper, the writer put the student was the only boy. The writer a few line later referenced a brother. Multiple things like that I had to correct
