On the examples, it would have been helpful to clearly differentiate between internal and external. For example external uncertainty and complexity may come from government policies and regulations or external stakeholders, whereas internal sources may come from project organization structure with respect to size, resources, project team including the technical aspects that include project scope, tasks, and experience of team members, etc.
