feedback from Prof.:This is not an outline. Instead it is your essay, so I will only comment on the thesis statement. Basically, you do not have one. What you have is a purpose statement. You state that "This article focuses on. . . ." and as long as the article focuses on what you state, then no one can argue with that. You need to state your perspective. What is it that you want? Why is it important? You must state this without equivocation.
